HotSpot In the Netherlands T-Mobile owns more than 730 HotSpots, which are situated in hotels, (transport) cafés, conference halls and in almost every McDonald's restaurant in the Netherlands. Since the end of March 2006, subscribers of KPN and T-Mobile can use each other's HotSpots in the Netherlands. Business clients and consumers can now experience the freedom and ease of high-speed wireless internet on the road at more than 1300 HotSpots.

HSDPA
From 18 April 2006, T-Mobile customers can make use of mobile broadband on our new 3G network based on HSDPA. T-Mobile is the first Dutch mobile provider to launch high-speed HSDPA on the market. With HSDPA you can reach a maximum download speed of 1.8 Mbit per second. HSDPA is consequently up to 5 times as fast as UMTS and is comparable with the ADSL speed which people are used to at work or at home.
